6th Annual Walk for Life, West Coast
(Concluded and a Short Recap below)
Started at Justin Herman Plaza Lawn at the Embarcadero, San Francisco, Ca,
and ended at the Marina Green, 2.5 miles
The Walk was an outstanding success! The crowd was estimated to meet the goal
of 35,000, and more, and this despite a complete blackout by the News Media
before the parade, and the rainy weather. See parade pictures and reports on the
web site below. One point to look for was the decent politeness and good manners
of the Pro Life marchers, as contrasted with the attempts at violence and the boorish
vulgarity of the Pro Choice groups. Their behavior often puts bystanders and police
at risk.
It is a characteristic of Choice groups that they don't let others speak, shout them down, and attempt to illegally block or impede the walk.
(Which is just like abortion itself - don't let that baby speak!)
